How to combine orders from DK Shop and Delivered?

You can combine your orders from DK Shop and Delivered Korea by entering your Delivered Korea address and Suite number during checkout. Once your package arrives and is registered to your Suite, you'll receive a notification. After that, you can log in to your Delivered Korea dashboard to combine it with your other packages or request shipping.

When will my order be shipped? Can you explain the order process?

After we receive your order, we start sourcing the products directly from our suppliers. This process usually takes around 3 to 4 business days or longer, depending on the supplier's schedule and the shipping method you choose. Once all your items have arrived, we'll combine them into one shipment and send them to you.

Do I need to fill out the "You Buy" form on Delivered Korea when ordering to my Delivered Korea suite?

No, you don't need to fill out any additional forms when ordering products to your personal suite address through DK Shop. Just make sure to enter the correct address and your personal suite number when placing your order. The address to use is: SUITE #, 3F, 227-1 Sinseon-ro, Nam-gu, Busan (ZIP 48553).

How do I place an order?

After signing up or logging in, add the items you want to your cart. At checkout, enter the address where you want to receive your order. You’ll then be able to choose a shipping option based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. Once you've reviewed the shipping cost, proceed with payment to complete your order.

How can I check the shipping cost?

You can check the shipping cost during the checkout process. After entering your delivery address and selecting your shipping method, the shipping cost will be displayed before you proceed to payment.

What payment methods are available?

You can use PayPal and Eximbay for payment. Credit and debit card payments are also accepted. The types of cards available may vary by country, so please check each payment gateway's website for more details.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order before it is processed. Once your order is being prepared, there is only a very brief window to cancel it, as we start processing your order shortly after we receive it.

If you cancel your order due to a change of mind or personal mistake, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total payment amount will be deducted from your refund.

What are the different shipping methods?

We offer three main shipping options:

1. EXPRESS Delivery:

- Carriers: FEDEX or DHL
- Delivery Time: Usually within 2-5 days after dispatch
- Features: Fast and reliable service for urgent deliveries.

2. Delivered Standard Delivery:

- Carriers: K-post or local carriers for the final delivery.
- Delivery Time: Approximately 5-14 days
- Features: Cost-effective option for lightweight items, with a longer delivery time compared to express services.

3. Shipping to Your Delivered Korea SUITE:

- Carriers: Direct shipping to your suite address at Delivered Korea
- Features: Use this option by setting the delivery address to Delivered Korea's address, including your suite number. Ideal for consolidating shipments to your personal suite.

Will album purchases from DK Shop be reflected on Hanteo Chart and Gaon Chart?

Yes, we source our albums from trusted suppliers who are already registered with these charts (such as Weverse Shop, JYP Shop, YES24, etc.). Therefore, your purchases will be correctly reflected on Hanteo Chart. You can buy with confidence.

Can I log in with my Delivered Korea account?

No, you cannot. Delivered Korea and DK Shop are separate sites/stores, so you need to register for an account separately on each site.
However, you can use your Delivered Korea address when placing an order. This allows you to consolidate and ship your items through Delivered Korea.

My pre-ordered item has not shipped even though the release date has passed. When will it be shipped?

The release date listed on the product page is subject to change based on the manufacturer's schedule. Additionally, after the item arrives at DK Shop's warehouse through domestic distribution, it goes through inspection and packaging. For popular items, shipping may take additional time due to high demand.

Are the products authentic?

Yes, DK Shop only deals with authentic products. We purchase all items from trusted official brand websites or authorized offline stores. You can shop with confidence.

Will customs duties be charged?

Customs duties and import regulations vary by country, and these are determined by the customs authorities in each country. It's best to check with your local customs office for the most accurate information. Any additional costs incurred after the package arrives in your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duty and import tax

All products at our shop does not include duties and tax in its price. Customers who have purchased items from DKshop or subject to receive any free gifts from us are responsible for customs and taxes since all orders will be shipped out from South Korea. The buyer is the importer on record and therefore agrees to pay any fee that is asked for by their local office. We are not responsible if parcels get caught in customs, delays or returns caused by customs.

My package was returned. What should I do?

If your package couldn't be delivered for any reason (wrong address, undelivered, customs clearance failed, etc.), it may be sent back to the sender's address or disposed of at the carrier's local facility according to their policy. We will contact you if we are notified by the carrier. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages that are disposed of or returned if you do not take the necessary actions within the deadline specified by the local carrier.

In the event of a return, the shipping fee will not be covered by us, and the following costs will be charged to the customer, which we have no control over:

- Return shipping fee
- Duty and taxes charged by local customs and import tax (if applicable)
- Reshipping fee

Please note If you wish to have the returned product shipped again, it can only be reshipped after you pay for the reshipping costs and any applicable fees. Also refunds are not available for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages.

Can I receive pre-order benefits (POB)?

Yes, but pre-order benefits are not available for all pre-order products. If pre-order benefits are offered, they will be clearly stated in the product description or product name. If there is no mention of pre-order benefits, they may not be provided depending on the timing of your order or the supplier's circumstances.

What is a [POB selectable] product?

A POB selectable product allows you to choose the pre-order benefits (POB) offered by different stores when you pre-order an album or DVD. You can review the product details and options, then select the store name you prefer. The pre-order benefits provided by that store will be included with your purchase.

What is an opened (unsealed) album?

Since Delivered Korea offers an "inclusion only" service, we end up with many unsealed K-pop albums that are left over after removing the photocards. These albums are still in near-new condition. To help protect the environment and recycle these albums, we sell them for just $1 to those who need them.

Will products be restocked?

To be the first to know when an item is restocked, sign up for restock notifications. You'll receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

Why is there a cancellation fee for orders?

When you place an order, a payment gateway (PG) fee is charged, which DK Shop covers on the assumption that the purchase will be completed. If you cancel your order due to personal reasons or a change of mind, a cancellation fee is still incurred, which is why this cost is passed on to the customer. Therefore, when you cancel, we refund the amount minus a 5% cancellation fee.

I want to change my shipping address.

You can change your shipping address, but only before the order has been shipped. Once the package has left our warehouse, changing the address may incur additional costs or might not be possible at all. Please always double-check your address when placing an order. Additionally, review the order confirmation email sent after you place your order. If there’s an issue, contact customer service immediately with your order number.

I want to check the status of my order.

You will receive an email notification when your order status changes or when it is shipped. Additionally, you can check the status of your order anytime by logging in and visiting the "My Account" menu.

I want to change the shipping method (carrier).

Once you have selected a shipping method, it is difficult to change it. If you have a compelling reason to change the shipping method, please contact customer service before the product is shipped.

Can I return an item?

Returns are not accepted for change of mind. If there is an issue with the product, please contact customer service with an unboxing video or detailed photos of the product's condition. We will take appropriate action to address the issue.

I received a different item than I ordered or some items are missing.

If you encounter an issue with your product, such as missing or damaged items, please contact customer service with an unboxing video or detailed photos of the product's condition. We will review the information and take appropriate action.

For incorrect/missing items, we will assess the details and address the issue accordingly.

Please note that for missing or defective items in new products like K-pop Album, confirmation is only possible with an unboxing video. This allows us to raise the issue with the manufacturer or supplier and seek compensation if applicable. Each company has different requirements and standards for proof and compensation, so we must adhere to those guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.

The product has arrived, but the package is damaged.

"If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please make sure to keep all packing materials for investigation by both DKshop and shipping carrier. Please file a claim directly to the local carrier used for last-mile delivery. Once you get confirmation from the carrier that your claim has been accepted, please wait designated period. If you have any issues, you may contact us, and we will do our best to help.

If you need our assistance, please send DK shop below information:

1. A copy of your registered claim
2. Name, Email address used for your order
3. Order number
4. Reason for claim
5. Clear picture of damaged items - Damage case
6. Unboxing video taken from opening the sealed box – For Missing/Partial missing case
7. Picture of outer/inner packaging and shipping label
8. If your items are damaged, please keep the original package box with you until the claim is closed.

Upon receiving the above information, we can request an investigation to both our carrier and warehouse and proceed with compensation procedure if required."

Which countries can you ship to?

DK Shop supports international shipping and strives to deliver to as many countries as possible. However, the list of available countries may vary due to different factors. To check if we can ship to your location, add the product to your cart and enter your shipping address. If shipping fees do not appear, it means delivery is not available to that location. For the most accurate information, please contact customer service.

How can I contact customer service?

You can submit your question via "Contact" option in the customer service menu. Also, you can send an email to shop@delivered.co.kr. For a quicker response, include your order number, product name, or the product page URL in your message.

I added a lot of items, but the shipping cost doesn't show at checkout (or I can't pay for shipping).

At DK Shop, shipping costs are based on the weight of the products. If the total weight exceeds a certain limit, there may be no registered shipping rates available, and thus, the shipping cost may not display. If you plan to purchase a large quantity of items, please contact customer service. We offer wholesale discounts or shipping cost reductions for orders above a certain amount.

Is wholesale purchase available?

Yes, wholesale purchases are available. Please check the wholesale collection page. You can also sign up for a wholesale membership to access discounted prices.
