We understand ourselves as an agency acting as a broker for export deliveries from South Korea. The customer acts as an importer of record for all orders and purposes. Delivered Korea Inc. acts as a middleman, an intermediary and an agency providing the service of connecting customers with our partners' products and allowing an easy and secure way to order items globally. Delivered Korea Inc. is therefore not liable for any of the products shown on this site.
The prices on this site include an 8% commission which helps to maintain this site and to promote it.
ONLINE STORE TERMS

PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

In no case shall Delivered Korea, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Delivered Korea and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

RIGHT OF RETURN/REFUND
You have the right to initiate a return of your order if your order meets our return requirement. Please visit our Return/Refund page for more details.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once you place an order, we purchase the item(s) on your behalf from the specified and directed product page of the official brand or store. Usually, it may take up to 4 -5 business days to receive products at our warehouse. Once we receive them in stock, we consolidate your order(s) and proceed with international shipping within 48 hours. You will be charged an 8% commission for our all-inclusive service.
Notes
- If the products are out of stock, we will give you a full refund.
- In the case of pre-order/group order items, the package will be shipped out once pre-order/group order items are available. If you want to expedite your order, please place orders for your pre-order items and general items separately. If they are placed in a single order altogether, your order will be shipped once pre-order items are available to ship.
In the case of high-demand K-pop products, there could be unexpected delays.
PRICES
The All prices are in USD and, unless otherwise stated, are valid until changed by us. We reserve the right to change and adjust prices. A customer always pays the price that existed at the time of the order and that is visible on his or her invoice. The invoices are sent by email on request or can be seen in the order confirmation. We are an intermediary for export deliveries with the customer as a debtor of the import sales tax. The customer acts as an importer on record - the invoice is issued to him or her.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING LEAD TIME
All items will be shipped from South Korea. We are currently using FedEx and UPS as shipping carriers, and it usually takes 2~7 days for delivery from the day the package is dispatched (business days being from Monday to Friday). Shipment might get delayed because of traffic volumes, courier’s capacities, or your location.
PROCESS
Once you placed an order, we purchase the item(s) on your behalf from the specified and directed product page of the official brand stores. Usually, it may take up to 4-5 business days to receive products at our warehouse. Once we receive them in stock, we consolidate your order(s) and proceed with international shipping within 24 business hours. After shipment, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number.
UNDELIVERED
If a package could not be delivered for any reason (wrong address, undelivered, customs clearance failed, etc.), the package would be sent back to the sender’s address or disposed at the carrier’s local facility according to the carrier’s policy. We will reach out to you if we are notified from the carrier, but please note that we will not be able to take responsibility for the packages that are disposed or returned if reasonable measures are not taken from you by deadline specified by local carrier or in a timely manner.
In the event of return, shipping fee will not be covered by us, and customer will be charged below cost and we have no control over any cost related to return shipping.

PAYMENT TERMS
All discounts and coupon codes are only applied to the total value of the ordered items. We reserve the right to require the customer to pay in advance or to request personal information that is necessary for secure payment and for fulfilling the order. In any case, we reserve the right to refuse any order or delivery if:
- an existing dispute with the buyer,
- a payment not in accordance with the present conditions, or
- a refusal to authorize payment
is present.
CUSTOMS DUTY, IMPORT TAX AND OTHER IMPORT CHARGES
We are not responsible for any additional charges on your country’s customs and taxes. The buyer is the importer on record and therefore agrees to pay any fee that is asked for by their local customs office. We are not responsible if parcels get caught in customs or delays caused by customs. Any costs are borne by the customer. For more information about this, please look up the import laws of your home country.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
We disclaim all liability for damaged or lost parcels, including parcels that are lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
We are always ready to help you with delivery problems caused by third parties, however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses that are not caused by us.
LEGAL COSTS
The customer undertakes to indemnify us for any claims or claims, including attorney's fees, that are asserted due to a violation of these terms and conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any of our items, individually or in combination with other items, that occurred after the order was accepted. We cannot be held responsible for errors or losses in the delivery process unless the customer informs us with proof within 14 days of delivery.

If we request the return of certain items, those items must be returned in accordance with our instructions.

If you register on our website and have agreed to receive marketing information, we can send you updates, promotional emails, and messages. GIVEAWAY CONDITIONS FOR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM
Unless otherwise specified, giveaways are international and can be entered by anyone at any location as long as the specified conditions (mentioned in each giveaway post) are met. The giveaway starts at the time of posting it to Facebook and/or Instagram and ends at the date specified in the post. Unless otherwise specified, the giveaway entries will be added to a raffle and the winner(s) will be chosen randomly from all participants. We reserve the right to decline entries or eliminate participants if they do not meet the terms set in the giveaway post. We reserve the right to give the prize(s) to other participants, should communication through Facebook or Instagram with the original winner(s) fail. You understand that there is no way to influence the raffle. You understand that under no circumstances we will pay out prizes in cash, for instance converting gift cards or items into cash.
