In-stock items are shipped quickly, while fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and pre-order items typically take 3–5 business days for preparation. However, unexpected factors such as supplier availability or shipping delays may extend this timeframe.
3. Shipping
Once all items are ready, they are combined into a single shipment and dispatched. Shipping times vary based on the destination and method selected.

Shipping to Your Delivered Korea Suite
- Customers registered with Delivered Korea can send products to their personal Suite.
- Only Delivered Korea users can use domestic shipping. Orders to other domestic addresses in Korea may be canceled.
International Shipping
- Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping (Local postal services): 1–2 weeks after dispatch.

- Unless there are any special circumstances with your order, the Double Joy Card Wallet can be shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Exchange & Return Policy
Only Grade-A products that have passed our in-house production and quality inspection process are sold.
However, due to the nature of genuine leather, minor wrinkles, scratches, spots, and natural markings may be present.
These characteristics are not considered defects and are therefore not valid reasons for exchange or return.
Slight variations in color, size, or stitching are also not considered product defects.
Products that have been used cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If a product is found to be defective, a free exchange or repair service will be provided.
Notice
Natural cow leather products may display natural characteristics such as spots, dents, irregular pores, scratches, and wrinkles that are not commonly found on synthetic leather.
Please note that these are natural features of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

The color is a medium-tone caramel beige brown with a slightly reddish undertone rather than a yellow undertone.
After-Sales Service / A/S
Free repair service is provided only for issues recognized as manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by customer negligence, misuse, or wear and tear of materials and decorations will be subject to a paid repair service regardless of the warranty period.
For all paid repair services, round-trip shipping costs will be charged.
The warranty period for Aeiou products is 6 months.
(Some products may not be eligible for repair service. Damaged products must include all original parts or decorative components to qualify for repair.)

The interior is divided into two compartments, allowing you to store cards and cash separately.
(It looks most aesthetically pleasing when filled with a generous amount of contents.)
However, once genuine leather has stretched, it cannot return to its original shape.
Please keep this in mind and store only the amount you normally carry.
