- Read the included manufacturer manual and check the recommended areas for your selected mode.
- For RF modes (FT, ET, LT and BT), apply an appropriate ultrasound/conductive gel. The manufacturer recommends its own dedicated gel; a compatible third-party ultrasound gel may also be used according to its guidance.
- For COS-UP, apply your usual suitable skincare product such as an essence, ampoule or moisturizing cream.
- Choose the correct mode for the area, starting at a comfortable level where adjustment is available. LT mode is fixed at Level 1.
- Maintain proper skin contact and follow the device manual's movement directions and recommended use duration.
- After use, clean the device head in accordance with the manufacturer's care instructions.

The above times describe each individual mode, not a recommendation to perform every mode in one session. Follow the manufacturer manual for usage frequency, body areas, and required rest periods.
Do not use directly on the eyes, eyelids, or other areas prohibited by the manual. For RF use near the eyes, follow designated eye-contour placement only.
