DKshop Account System Has Been Upgraded
We’ve upgraded our member account system to make it safer and easier to manage your orders and personal information. With this update, login security has been enhanced, and managing your account and order history will now be simpler and smoother.
How to Log In
1. Enter your registered email address on the login page.
2. Check your inbox for the verification code.
3. Enter the code to access your account.
Having trouble logging in or not receiving the code?
1. If you can’t find the verification email, please check your Spam, Promotions, or All Mail folders. Some local email providers may block or delay verification emails due to their regional filtering settings.
2. If you still don’t receive the code, please sign up again using a global email service such as Gmail and contact our Customer Service at shop@delivered.co.kr. We’ll help you merge your previous account and transfer your order history and Joy reward points to your new one.
