1. Read the supplied manufacturer's manual and identify the permitted treatment areas.
2. Cleanse the skin. Apply a suitable manufacturer-recommended ultrasound coupling gel generously to the treatment area.
3. Turn on the device, choose your mode and begin at the lowest intensity setting.
4. Keep the treatment head fully in contact with gel-covered skin and follow the movement pattern and shot guidance in the manual.
5. Clean the device head as directed after use. Do not immerse the device in water.
