In-stock items are shipped quickly, while fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and pre-order items typically take 3–5 business days for preparation. However, unexpected factors such as supplier availability or shipping delays may extend this timeframe.

3. Shipping

Once all items are ready, they are combined into a single shipment and dispatched. Shipping times vary based on the destination and method selected.

  • Customers registered with Delivered Korea can send products to their personal Suite.
  • Only Delivered Korea users can use domestic shipping. Orders to other domestic addresses in Korea may be canceled.

International Shipping

  • Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard Shipping (Local postal services): 1–2 weeks after dispatch.

- Batteries are not included with this product.
Please open the zipper on the back and insert 3 LR44 batteries into the built-in voice module before use.
- The voice module is designed to be securely fixed without screws.
Slide the cover downward to remove it, then insert the batteries.
(Screws are not included in the package.)
- Press the heart cushion to play a message. Each character has five recorded messages, and the next message will play each time the cushion is pressed.
- Please handle with care and avoid strong impacts, as this may cause damage and prevent the doll from functioning properly.
